We are once again meeting at the Roasted Cafe, 215 London Road, Charlton Kings, GL52 6HY, for our Sunday morning writing session. Arrive any time from 10.15, settle down to work from 10.30.
This week the prompt is ‘A Hill’ or something similar. As always, stories, poems, articles and just about anything else will be welcomed.
This is the last session before the lifting of restrictions. It would be nice if we could have the full complement of six. After that, I will attempt to publicise the meetings again in the hope of providing Richard, the cafe owner, with enough custom to justify his opening. I like small groups, but if we don’t get a few more people, we’ll be on the move again.
If anyone does have any better ideas about where to meet, let me know. It is nice to meet in the open air, but it is not practical for me to ring everybody on Sunday morning and discuss whether or not the weather is acceptable.
